All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through tommysigman.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. If approved, we will provide either:

Purchases Made Through Third-Party Retailers
We are only able to process refunds for purchases made directly through tommysigman.com.
If you purchased a Tommy Sigman product through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, etc.), you must follow that retailer’s refund and return policy. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these orders.
